Quinta do Covão
Reserva Encruzado

Typical Dão grape, the aroma and flavors of this region are felt. It surprises by the complexity of its vegetal and floral aromas, immediately revealing its freshness and persistence in the mouth, due to its great elegance and minerality. There is always a partial stage in new white-specific barrels.

In the mouth: Intense, delicately scented with soft tannins, refreshing acidity and mineral notes. Aromatic finish and good persistence. The aging in new barrels gave structure and more volume, making wine more gastronomic and with a much greater capacity for storage.
